FREELANCE GRAPHIC DESIGNER

We are looking for a Freelance Graphic Designer for a remote opportunity at a top fashion company based in Reynoldsburg, Ohio! This individual will be responsible for designing and executing marketing and concept strategies that stimulate and excite our target audience. They are required to understand the design elements of projects with both artistic creativity and flexibility. This position also requires vision, process coordination, attention to detail, collaboration, and organization.

Responsibilities:

Partner with the creative team members to create relevant, powerful graphic solutions to a variety of marketing campaigns and customer experiences including print, photography, visual, and special projects.

Elevate the image of the brand through design while considering budgets and timeframes.

Interface, collaborate, and build partnerships with other functional areas to gain information and better understanding of their marketing and design needs.

Maintain absolute accuracy and attention to detail throughout the creative and production process.

Think independently and be proactive at solving problems. Incorporate feedback, give and receive direction well.

Manage ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.

Self-manager work within established timelines and proactively share designs/solutions with team.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Fine Art, Design or Marketing

3-5 years experience

Retail marketing experience a plus

Demonstrated master of Macintosh software, specifically: InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop

Team played

High taste level

Strong conceptual and typographic skills

High energy level and a passion for their work

Demonstrates change agility and flexibility for business needs
