Hiring: Digital Print Production Specialist Roll Label Finishing
San Diego, CA | Full-Time | Monday Friday, 9 AM 5 PM
Are you detail-oriented, eager to learn, and interested in the print industry? Were a family-run small business specializing in Roll Labels and UV-printed Vinyl Stickers, along with business cards, flyers, and DTF. Were looking for a Digital Print Production Specialist to join our team, primarily focused on running our roll label finisher and assisting with other production tasks.
No prior finishing experience required we will train you!
Starting pay at $17.25 per hour during training, increasing to $20/hr as you gain experience and become proficient in operating the equipment independently.
Responsibilities:
Operate our roll label finisher - Primary Job Function (training provided)
Prepress & job setup (Adobe Illustrator, layout prep)
Roll label printing (Konica AccurioLabel Label Press)
Packing & shipping orders
Lift and handle rolls of material up to 50 lbs
In addition to these core responsibilities, you may also be asked to assist with:
Wide Format Printing (banners, signage, decals/stickers)
Vinyl Cutting (decals/stickers)
Shrink Wrapping (packaging finished products)
Digital Printing (Sheet Fed Konica Press) (business cards, flyers, paper products)
Paper Finishing & Binding (cutting, folding, binding)
Desired Skills (Not Required, but a Plus!):
Experience with Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop
Familiarity with PrePress work or Graphic Design
Prior experience in a print shop environment
