Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Offset Press Operator who is career-minded and eager to grow within our company. This role is not just a job—it’s an opportunity to build a lasting profession in an industry that values craftsmanship and expertise. You will operate, maintain, and troubleshoot our Heidelberg Speedmaster to produce high-quality printed materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Heidelberg Speedmaster: Set up and run Heidelberg Speedmaster efficiently.
- Quality Control: Ensure printed materials meet high-quality standards by monitoring color accuracy, registration, and overall print quality.
- Routine Maintenance: Perform preventative maintenance to keep equipment running smoothly and maximize press longevity.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve mechanical and technical issues to minimize downtime.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage ink, paper, and other printing supplies to maintain smooth operations.
- Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols to ensure a secure and efficient work environment.
- Collaboration: Work closely with prepress and finishing teams to maintain a seamless workflow.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years operating offset printing presses. Full color and spot.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of printing techniques, press maintenance, and color management.
