Summary: Thanksgiving Point is looking for a detail-oriented and versatile Production Graphic Designer to join our creative team! In this role, youll help bring ideas to life through clean, consistent, and brand-aligned design work. Youll support a wide range of projects including brochures, event campaigns, maps, signage, social media graphics, and digital content. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where accuracy, consistency, and collaboration are key.

Responsibilities:

• Produce high-quality design assets across print and digital platforms that
  align with established brand guidelines.
• Create assets that support multiple internal brands across departments,
  ensuring visual consistency while adapting to different brand voices.
• Collaborate with the marketing team and other departments to execute
  creative concepts and campaign materials.
• Prepare production-ready files for printers, vendors, and digital distribution.
• Make revisions to existing materials and adapt designs for various formats and channels.
• Support the creative team with layout design, image editing, and visual asset management.
• Manage project tasks and workflows using Monday.com or similar project
  management software.
• Ensure consistency across all projects and maintain attention to detail in
  every stage of production.
• Organize and archive design files to ensure efficient project workflows.
• Uphold Thanksgiving Points mission, values, and policies in all aspects of work.

Requirements:

• 24 years of experience in graphic design or a related production design role.
• Associates degree in graphic design or a related field required.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
• Strong eye for layout, typography, and design consistency.
• Experience creating assets for print, social media, web, and signage.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with multiple projects and deadlines.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and represent multiple internal brands in your design work.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Monday.com to help track tasks and manage workflow.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with print production processes and file setup best practices is a plus.
• Must pass a background check.
