Position Overview

As the Screen Print Production Specialist, you will play a crucial role in fulfilling LRX’s unique merchandise partnerships with gyms and events. This dual-role position combines technical expertise in screen printing with operational support to ensure that all custom apparel meets our high-quality standards and is delivered on time. From creating exclusive event merchandise to managing production schedules, you’ll be an integral part of the team that brings our brand collaborations to life.

Key Responsibilities Screen Print Press Operator Duties:

• Operate and maintain printing press to produce high-quality, custom apparel for gyms and events.

• Set up screens, inks, and garments according to detailed production specs for unique partnerships.

• Ensure proper registration, alignment, and ink application for precision printing that reflects LRX’s commitment to quality.

• Troubleshoot and resolve printing issues to maintain smooth production workflows.

• Perform regular maintenance on printing equipment to ensure reliability and consistency.

Shop Assistant Duties:

• Prepare screens for production by coating, exposing, and reclaiming them as needed.

• Mix and match inks to create colors and finishes customized for specific gym and event partnerships.

• Inspect completed products to ensure they meet design and quality standards for our partners.

• Assist with inventory management, ensuring adequate supplies for upcoming projects.

• Support order fulfillment, including folding, packing, and shipping event and gym merchandise.

• Keep the production area organized, clean, and optimized for efficiency.

Qualifications Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• A strong interest in learning screen printing processes, including press operation and screen preparation.

• Attention to detail and a desire to produce high-quality, customized merchandise.

• Ability to manage tasks efficiently and adapt to varying deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Preferred (but not required):

• A passion for creating custom merchandise for events or retail brands.

• Willingness to learn design tools such as Adobe Illustrator.

• An interest in the activewear and fitness industry, especially event branding.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
