Production Print Coordinator (Primarily Office)

This is a primarily office role in Madison, WI.
We ask that you have flexibility in location and working hours, while primarily daytime hours, shifts are based on operational demands and may include evenings and weekends. Location is a rotation at NHQ and Cottage Court.

Primary AccountabilitiesYou will be a representative for our customers with a emphasis related to onboarding, production, and post-production needs. Relays customer expectations, plans, and needs to managers and team members.
Participates/leads mid-level to large projects and act as a print and mail subject matter expert for the enterprise.
Serves as a system administrator and utilization of software technology to plan and accomplish all print projects. Coordinate print jobs between multiple departments and partners to ensure clarity and completion of work.
Works with multiple partners to detect several job development issues, in the printing, testing, and inserting of documents.
Research, prices, and provide quotes for partners as a print subject matter expert. Exercise vendor management and source projects with 3rd parties for installation and specialty work.
Specialized Knowledge & Skills RequirementsDemonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service.
Demonstrated ability to self-direct and proactively seek solutions and make practical decisions.
Demonstrated ability to learn, apply, and train others in new technologies. Demonstrated experience working in a production environment and proficiency in operating print and mail equipment.
Solid knowledge of developments in the printing and mail industry, including equipment and software functionality/enhancements.
Solid knowledge of USPS software resources and postal regulations manufactured integrated systems, APEX systems, Eforms, Google/Google maps, internal software systems, EDMS, Field Compass, and internet resources.
