Lithotype , an employee-owned flexible packaging printing company, is seeking a Plant Manager for their So. San Francisco facility. Specifically, the company is looking for a high energy leader with at least 15 years of printing management and a strong background in offset and flexographic printing with experience in the flexible packaging industry. The job responsibilities include managing the plant operations (pre-press, press, rewind and shipping/receiving departments)during evening hours to insure manufacturing objectives are accomplished in a timely and cost effective manner. The correct person may be able to move into the position of Director of Operations in time if performance results warrant it.
