Production Scheduler Jobs in Maryland
A Production Scheduler in the printing industry is responsible for planning and managing production schedules to ensure that all production requirements are met on time. They analyze production specifications, plant capacity data, and perform mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes, tools, and human resource requirements. They also prepare production reports, and monitor the production process to ensure that it stays on schedule. Prior to becoming a Production Scheduler, an individual may have roles such as Production Assistant, Production Planner, or Material Coordinator. These roles provide valuable experience and knowledge in production processes, coordination, and planning.
